Hey cats and kittens!

This has been a LONG time coming, but i'm back! Needless to say i missed you all ALOT! Unfortunate family circumstances have kept me away for far too long. The A-Train is rusty, since i left it out in rain when i had to leave in a hurry... spent the past week or so giving it some much needed attention. I fully expect to be back on track with regular shows within a week.

I also have a few surprises for you all, so stay tuned, as i will be posting updates on that in the coming days!

You'd better get ready, 'cause the good times are about to start rollin' again! DIG!

The A-Train's got WANDERLUST!

That's right cats and kittens, the day is upon is!

The A-Train seems to be a bit antsy today. He's in a wandering mood so i figured, what the hell, let's take it out for a spin! This Friday night at 6pm SLT the Trane... sorry, train, little freudian slip there... the train will be departing from the hippest new club in SL, Wanderlust World Music Club!

The place is awesome and is dedicated to, besides music, setting the theme for all of you who like to wander around diferent locations around the globe. This week Wanderlust is in Paris, so that's where the trane... sorry train, damn slips, will be taking ya to BOPVILLE via Paris!

Hope to see you all there cat's and kittens, 'cause i miss seeing all ya'll! BE THERE OR BE SQUARE!

Hey cats and kittens!

It sure has been a while... thought i'd give you all an update.

Past the tech problems that plaged me all through May and June, past the RL issues (ie damn work...) i've been able to spend more time inworld lately. As a matter of fact, i used that time i've been spending inworld in the past couple of weeks to work on a new project. Something that, when it's ready for the eyes of the world, i bet you'll like very much. Unfortunatly this project seems to be taking up my still somewhat limited inworld time, so the show has been kept in moth balls since early May.

But due to very special circunstances i have accepted to do a one of gig next Friday. So you can fully expect an anoucement as soon as all the details are figured out. Ofcourse there will be more to shows to come, but for now, it will be just the one show. It will feel good to take the ol' A-Train outta the train yard for a spin around the tracks, specially if all my favorite passengers are onboard and headin' to BOP VILLE!

So stayed tuned and i'm sure an update as to the where and when will be posted real soon. 'Till then, keep it real cats!

Hey cats and kittens.

Thought i'd give you a little update on how things are going. Right now my cable woes are limited to packetloss issues on my upstream. Wich means i can't stream without it breaking up every couple of seconds, wich still unfortunatly means i can't do a show. And i will likely won't be able to while this situation persists.

Things are better though, i can defenetly say that, since my downstream seems to be back to normal and stable. I'll guess we'll all just have to hang in there until it's fixed. Can't wait to get back on the drivers seat again. And boy oh boy do i miss all you cool cats and hip kittens.

Hey cats and kittens.

It's a good news bad news situation here. Good news is i can log onto SL for more then 2 minutes at a time again. Yay for me!

Bad news is i am unable to stream at this moment due to packet loss on my connection. I've been trying to resolve the issue for the past 2 days, but still no luck. Due to that, and if something doesn't change quick, i won't be able to stream, therefor making it impossible to do a show.

I'll keep you updated and will be working very hard to solve this issue, but it might take a while...

It's official.

I'm unable to log on to SL tonight due to some tech dificulties. Unfortunatly that means the A-Train will not be on course to it's regular destinations tonight. To the folks at Meatspace and Bella's, my sincerest apologies.

Unfortunatly my tech woes are not over. I was unable to stay on SL for longer then 3 minutes at a time and was totally unable to stream, hence the Neptune gig didn't go trough.

As it stands i've been unable to log in or stream into SL for two days now. I am still unsure if this issue will be resolved by tonight, so i'll be keeping my fingers crossed. However, to avoid last minute cancelations or no shows, i will proactivly cancel those shows if my acess isn't back up in a few hours.

So keep your fingers crossed cats, and let's hope there's steam left in the A-Train for tonight!

Due to some tech problems last night (i.e internet connection down) i was unable to proceed as planned over at the Bay Area Blues Club.

Hopefully this will all be cleared up for tonights event at Club Neptune, so i'll be able to funk yo' night!

The Metronome/Bella's Marathon!

Hey hey hey cool cats and hip kittens!

Hows ya'll doin' out there? Hungry for some JAZZ? Well then, your in luck if you are, 'cause the A-Train is back on the tracks, chuggin' at full speed in what promisses to be a marathon of Jazz infused coolness!

At 4 pm SLT the A-Train pulls outta Hip Station starting it's trip towards Bop City, making it's first stop at the amazing Metronome Jazz Club. The place is hip, the place is awesomely build, if you haven't seen it yet, you really have been missing out! So put on your dancing shoes, pack your bags and say goodbye to your folks 'cause once you go Met, you never go back! DIG!

And then, dashing out of the Met, the A-Train will be chuggin' away at full steam headed towards the romantic Bella Vida's Velvet Jazz lounge. And you all know how i feel about Bella Vida... just driving the A-Train there gets me in a romantic mood so expect that ride to be nice and smooth... so i hope you didn't wear out your dancing shoes already and, while your at it, bring a friend and dance the night away!

Man oh man, what a night this promisses to be!

Sorry about not being able to make my regular set last night at Meatspace. Some RL unpleasentness took place and i wasn't able to be there. I will most certainly be there next Sunday so i'll hope i'll see you there!

Unfortunatly, said RL unpleasentness has forced me to clear my SL schedule of show until next Saturday. I'll keep you posted if this changes.

Last night was indeed one to remember! Things over at the Metronome are as great as ever, i'm so glad i got to go back there and spin some! What a gin joint!

Last nights gig at Meatspace was smooth and relaxed, with alot of friendly faces in the audience. Thank you all that were there, and to those that weren't, ya missed some great JAZZ! I'm looking forward to being back there next Sunday.

Sadly, do to some issues at work ( RL work that is...) i wasn't able to do my usual set at Bella's, wich kinda bummed me out... but fortunatly, the lovely Jen Noel was able to fill in for me, and i'm sure that all of you that went to Bella's last night had a GREAT time! I was there for just a few minutes, and let me assure you, that woman was spinnin' some HARDCORE JAZZ!

That's right fellow bop heads! It was quite a night at Meatspace Lounge!

First of all, i got caught in traffic... ON A SUNDAY!!!! After that there was me forgetting that daylight savings was last week in the US... and SLT runs on Pacific Time... so i log in, thinking i was late and had a few minutes to set up shop... and there i was, 50 minutes late for my own show! That was embarassing to say the least... my apologies to everyone. I can tell you, i think i narrowly escaped a lynch mob! Actually, i think the subject of tar and feathers came up...

Ofcourse i had to sway them with my mad spinning skills! And they were kind enough to have me... ofcourse i ended up doing a 3 hour set instead of a 2 hour one... and even put one of my own tunes in there! Was a gas gas gas! And ofcourse, i plan on doing it all over again! Next Sunday! MINUS the being late!
